Our son loves Teacher Vicky! She was so helpful with potty training and it is wonderful that she cooks all of the food (morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack), so there is no need to pack a lunch.  She also takes the kids on amazing field trips to places like the Presidio, Yerba Buena, Fisherman's Wharf, the library & of course all of the local playgrounds.  With such a small class size, each child gets a ton of personal attention and a curriculum tailored to their needs.  We would recommend Teacher Vicky & Pumpkin's Corner to anyone!

Teacher Vicky at Pumpkin's Corner has been a huge blessing to our family. She helped us with potty training, was accommodating to our family and taught my daughter so much while she’s been there. She takes the kids on field trips to the Presidio and Embarcadero and you can tell she truly cares about the well being of all the children. She’s also helped my daughter try food that we usually don’t cook at home and opened up her palette a bit. Would recommend her daycare to anyone!

My child has been with Teacher Vicky for almost two years, and we are sad to leave because we're relocating. Teacher Vicky is very good, especially helpful with potty training. Honestly, 90% of my child's smooth potty training process is thanks to her. She also arranges age-appropriate activities for the children. Now, my child practices writing letters and goes to the library every week to borrow books.

Our daughter started daycare right after the pandemic and we were worried about her adapting, but Teacher Vicky quickly bonded with her and made her feel secure and loved.  Teacher Vicky’s dedication to her students goes well beyond the basics. She has a remarkable ability to make each child feel seen and valued. Through designing both cooperative and independent play, she has cultivated a sense of community among the children, allowing them to bond together through shared interests, while also celebrating their unique individuality. 

Whether it's indoor activities like doing yoga, making pizza, doing fun crafts, or a dance party, or outdoor adventure like trips to the library, stomping in puddles on a rainy day, visiting the aquarium or one of San Francisco's beautiful parks, Teacher Vicky has created innumerable beautiful memories for our daughter.

Vicky is truly amazing and kind, creating a nurturing and engaging environment for all her students.  Vicky's teaching methods have enabled our daughter to learn and identify letters and numbers with ease. She has also made great strides in writing, all thanks to Vicky's patient and encouraging approach.  She encourages development through age appropriate activites and helps children explore their individual interests - our daughter loves to dance, they have daily dance parties :)

We loved our time with Teacher Vicky! She was my child’s teacher at a previous program and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. Because the program is small, she really gets to know your child. We loved how child-centric her class is, and how she reads books and creates activities around their interests and developmental needs.
